Few tips on reducing belly fat:
- Don't skip breakfast
- Eat white part of eggs every morning
- Drink minimum 2 litres of water every day
- Exercise everyday. 20 minutes cardiac exercise and 20 minute up domain exercise
- Do walking and jogging if you can't exercise as above.
- Take wheat, oats and brown rice everyday as breakfast. Eat lesser carbohydrate foods.
- Go to bed at least after 3 hours after dinner.
- Eat more dry fruits and raw fruits
