Reduce belly FAT

Few tips on reducing belly fat:
  1. Don't skip breakfast
  2. Eat white part of eggs every morning
  3. Drink minimum 2 litres of water every day
  4. Exercise everyday. 20 minutes cardiac exercise and 20 minute up domain exercise 
  5. Do walking and jogging if you can't exercise as above.
  6. Take wheat, oats and brown rice everyday as breakfast. Eat lesser carbohydrate foods.
  7. Go to bed at least after 3 hours after dinner.
  8. Eat more dry fruits and raw fruits
